You should be able to find it by searching in your start menu. As for the driver updates, first open the device manager as I said above. Click on one, go to the driver tab, click update driver. If it says it's up to the latest update, move to the next one until they're all done. Open it and go to the driver tab.
If the update driver box isn't available, then there's definitely something wrong and you should plug it back in again and see if there's any changes. I'm just a casual pleb and didn't want to grind out eggs for different pokemon. I was nervous about buying it but I'm really glad I did. It works perfectly and I have no issues with it whatsoever. I only wish it worked with digital game copies, since I bought digitally before knowing this existed. Now I just hope it gets updated as new games come out, like the stupid new "ultra" sun and moon.
