The first time, the process worked fine. The second time, the system would not redeem my credit for the offered Starbucks savings. I tried contacting Support, but it seems to be artificial intelligence and did not understand what I wrote.
It asked me to use different words. I have, in general, found Verizon Support to be hit and miss. For a recent trip out of the country, two different support staff failed to give accurate information about how to get Verizon coverage. The website information was correct but it was not relayed correctly by staff.
May 23, redeeming points continues to be a problem. Today, I found the offer from Verizon for them to donate five dollars to a kids food program. I went through the process and agreed to the donation. For whatever reason, I continued looking at the information available and found out that I had to go through a second step in order for Verizon to actually make the donation.
This seemed to me to be an attempt by Verizon to make it seem that they were going to make the donation without it actually costing them anything.
